Nouvelle vie is an artisanal and organic wine, it is a wine of experience, the way we have produced it, everything has been carefully studied. Nouvelle vie LE DEBUT 2018 is a wine made with my best Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc grapes. We harvested between late August and early September of that year, to ensure the best possible ripeness at that time. As if this phenomenon were mystical, for us it's what we
