Torabhaig Sound of Sleat Batch Strength High Coast Distillery this Lightly Smoky & FruityThis special batch strength release is drawn straight from the cask for a bolder, stronger take on Sound of Sleat, bottled without reduction at 60. 2% ABV for a longer finish. It is made from a mix of Concerto and Laureate barley malt, with a phenil content of 78PPM and an in glass phenol content of 19PPM. It is fermented using Pinnacle mg+ yeast, and matured exclusively in American White Oak. Bottled with no chill filtration or added colour.
