Chicken Backs Beef Price is calculated at $9Our chickens are pasture raised and supplemented with an organic grain diet. Chicken backs are excellent for making broth or chicken soup with ample white meat to be picked. Each package contains 3 4 frozen backs. We roast our chicken backs before making broth so if a full package feels too big, thaw the package, roast, and then refreeze the cooked backs for future broth. Not sure where to begin?
