Outstanding single cask. Without woody savors, and no bitterness, it's very delicate, fresh and spicy. It's complex with a long aftertaste. It shows a great energy with a beautiful final, extremly light. It's a beautiful witness of both powerful and elegant savors: a great complexity without peat. 702 bottles made on 19th January 2023.
