Has two detailed daisies decorating the lid. No padding. Does have slight signs of wear and aging as seen in the photos. If your an antique lover you might see it as part of the charm for a box. The box is generally in very good condition, a bit of discoloration and dark dots on the golden bronze patina. All in all, a stunning and cute jewelry box to hold your treasures while
