Victoria Martnez Velasco, a designer and supporter of the textile arts is responsible for many of our beloved pieces from Mexico, including this Xasmin Top. Victoria coordinates groups of women around Oaxaca to create this design. Each piece is handmade using cotton canvas (tela) she buys in the market and joins the panels using crochet.
