Scatterlings Vooma Style_Scotch Ale Bottled Dec 2025blend of 12 & 30 month oak aged mixed culture saisons. Lightly dry hopped at blending with Sovereign & Akoya. Yellow orange in colour, the 30 month old barrel was brewed with raw wheat, rye malt and Chevallier heritage malt in the mash and aged hops in the boil.
