This single malt was distilled in February 2015 at Bowmore Distillery on the picturesque Isle of Islay. It was initially matured in a refill bourbon barrel, then finished for 6 weeks in Pedro Ximnez octaves, reaching a total age of 11 years and developing notes of liquorice, aniseed, and smoke balanced by fruity
