The bottling contains a blend of Irish malt whiskies (including some that uses malt that has been lightly toasted to give a crystalline appearance) which have been aged in a mixture of American oak and Sherry casks

with flavours of crisp green apple

with the orchard fruits and sherry notes lingering on the palate
