The differences in them are the centering of the heart on their stomach and gold sticker placement on the bottom

The box is open but they don't appear to have been removed

I'm not sure how sticky they are due to age

Shelooks great inside and the colors are vibrant

I've had her stashed for years and she did come from a "case" of them because I bought her with 6 7 others. I picked out the nicest one and squirreled her away. There are no flaws to note except the cellophane does have a slight bit of color from age (most are very yellow). It looks crystal clear from the front. She's a gem! Rose Petal came from the same lot and is available to purchase separately.
