Askur Yggdrasil London Dry Gin (1L) core-no-restrictions aged up to 18 monthsAskur begins with wheat distillate produced in the Champagne region of France that has been column distilled 7 times. This pristine distillate is carbon filtered and then combined with a highly concentrated botanical distillate that includes juniper, coriander, angelica, citrus, licorice, and cassia. After the two distillates are combined, the final product is brought to proof with the low mineral, high PH Icelandic water that makes Askurand its
