1960s Cartier Lapis Ruby Sapphire Turtle Brooch Featured Gross weight approximately 81An 18 karat yellow gold, lapis lazuli, ruby and sapphire brooch, Cartier, Paris, circa 1965. Designed as a turtle, its shell formed by numerous lapis lazuli discs, each disc applied with a bezel set round faceted ruby, the eyes formed by two round cabochon sapphires.
