Belle De Brillet Liqueur Glenglassaugh Distillery sweet vanillaBelle de Brillet is a liqueur made from a distillate of two fruits, pear and grape, coming from two terroirs: the Anjou region where pear eaux de vie are distilled and Cognac. The intense fruitiness of Williams pears with the delicate complexity of Cognac. No additives (caramel or added flavours) or neutral alcohol are used. We only use pear eaux de vie, Cognac, water and vanilla sugar made with Fresh vanilla from Madagascar.
