This wine is distinctly fruity, lightly acidic with a nice harmonious character. Medium bodied with a light finish in traditional Burgundian style. All vineyards are located in Brda, Slovenia, which is halfway between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. Vinification 80 % in stainless steel, 20% French oak. 100% stainless steel aging.
