"Muroka" means it skips the charcoal filtration step that many breweries use to smooth out rough edges and remove color. What you're getting here is the unvarnished expression of the rice, water, and yeast. It's bold and confident out of the fridge, but give it a few minutes to warm up and it really opens up, revealing a deep, textured character
