The silver collar is in good condition with just a few minor scuff marks and has clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1921
It's a charming little piece and in no way does the crack detract or prevent a plant (in its pot) being placed inside
They still contain their original lead candle liner as shown in the photos
(clearly shown in the photo) but it is barely noticeable
have good weight and such a pretty star and thumb decoration
