Macallan 30 Years Old ULTRA Peaty natural colourThis rare and precious Macallan spirit started its 30 year journey in an American oak ex bourbon hogshead. It then lay for seven years in an Oloroso Sherry cask, where it was elegantly infused with mellow fruitiness. To conclude its three decade journey and to add a layer of opulence, it was finally filled into a PX Sherry cask from Murray McDavids wood partners Ximnez Spnola in Jerez, Spain.
