Lake Breeze Section 54 Shiraz 2023 Barsol Carignan and Counoise from 50This classic, full flavoured shiraz was created using a combination of old vine fruit and careful winemaking. Grapes from our old vines were nurtured in small open fermenters before maturing in French oak for 15 months. This has helped to create a rich, velvety textured wine which shows a lifted floral bouquet with elements of spice, dark berries and chocolate. Enjoy now with a charcuterie board or can be cellared with confidence for up to 10 years.
