1921 Tequila Blanco - 750ML Cognac If you're after a whiskyAfter the slow fermentation process of the must, it is passed through the copper stills and distilled twice to obtain its clear and crystal color and its fresh field herbs and morning dew aroma; it is pure tequila with the fresh aroma of 100% agave. Appearance: A brilliant, crystalline color, producing a wave of legs (tears) that glide slowly towards the bottom of the glass. Nose: Sweet, subtle Agave aroma, fresh herbal notes with hints of citrus.
