It was aged for 5 years in first fill Bourbon Barrels, malted to 101. 4 PPM and bottled at 59. 3% ABV, this elegant liquid brings forth intense peat smoke with surprising delicacy. Salted caramel, honeyed melon and apricot lead into chocolate and coconut, accompanied by a soft wave of earthy minerality and lingering smoke.
