マイケルマルティノ 窯変斑唐津茶入 ダニエルセコ the beautiful formA Madara Karatsu Chaire by Michael Martino, a ceramic artist based in Taku, Saga Prefecture. This richly expressive piece is built upon a soft, milky white glaze, in which bluish grey, black, and brown tones melt together in complex layers. Across its rounded body, flows of natural glaze and kiln transformation overlap, giving the work a deep, mineral like brilliance within the gentle character typical of Madara Karatsu. Though small in form, the
