This is the cover of a recipe book that was published by the Franklin Baker Company. In 1897, Mr Baker, from Philadelphia, recognized the potential of coconut as a food source. He and his son travelled to the Philippines to open processing plants that sent this nutrient rich ingredient back to the United States. The family run
