This unique bottle holder is made by fusing 2 layers of glass

This bowl was made by cutting a glass circle of clear for the base and 2 half circles - aventurine blue and swirls of aventurine and amazon green

especially when the light is behind or with a direct light from the front

The center of the flower is made with ground glass and dichroic glass in between the petals for sparkle

How was it made? A mosaic of various dichroic glass are carefully put together on a background of black glass. The first step was to make a temporary mold of a guitar, then to fill the bottom with black glass, then arrange the cut up pieces of various dichroic glass through out the guitar shape in the mold and then put clear glass on
