成份：北沙參、麥門冬、生地黃、當歸、枸杞子、川楝子。

產品介紹：本方如大小承氣湯以胃家實為目標，而本方適用於比較輕症或體力較差較衰弱之患者。仲景所創承氣湯類，共有四方，除桃仁承氣湯為下瘀血劑外，大小承氣湯及本方，均為順氣通便之劑。此三方又以本方的作用，最為緩和。方中，大黃瀉熱通便，蕩滌腸胃；芒硝鹹寒，瀉熱通便，軟堅潤燥；甘草緩急和中，去邪而不傷正，又能緩和瀉下力量。

臨床適用於風濕暑熱、表裡俱實證。憎寒壯熱、頭目昏暈、咽痛、口苦而乾、無汗心煩、大便秘結、小便赤色、瘀血、便血、舌苔黃膩、脈洪數。亦治瘡瘍腫毒、腸風痔漏。
