Honshuichi - Muroka Junmai Size:720 ml Sixth-generation owner and brewmaster TadaThe name Honshuichi is composed of the words Honshu (Japans largest island) and ichi, meaning one indicating the goal of being the number one brand in the region. This muroka (unfined sake) was brewed with international drinkers in mind; by avoiding charcoal fining, the full flavor is better preserved. This junmai has a plump, rounded feel with notes of grain and banana. It won gold at the 2025 Kura Master.
