PolyMem® Nonadhesive without Border Foam Dressing, 4 x 24 Inch 421460 Color coded on one endThe sterile foam dressing is 4 inches x 2 feet, and is lightweight and nonadhesive for quick dressing changes. It's formulated with a starch co polymer for moisture retention and includes glycerol to regulate hydration. PolyMem foam dressing absorbs output from the wound to keep it clean. PolyMem nonadhesive dressing keeps the wound bed protected. The dressing expands to conform to the wound, creating a protective cover.
