Glenkinchie 8 Years Old The Octave Dufftown Distillery Matured exclusively in a combinationThis single malt was distilled on the 3rd of November 2017 at the Glenkinchie Distillery, located near Edinburgh and known for their delicate floral malt. It was aged for 8 years, including a finishing period in a single Oloroso Octave. The resulting malt showcases notes of cut grass, overripe apples, sweet peanut, sherbet lemon and white chocolate. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
