Distilled in 2012 and aged for 9 years

The whiskies are to be both soft and delicate

This grain is a sherry cask edition of the An Edinburgh Dram. Matured from birth in excellent quality sherry casks, this 17 year old North British is our homage to Jerez de la Frontera. And, of course, Edinburgh. Bottled by Thompson Bros. at natural colour and no chill filtration.
