The exhibition featured eleven new site specific installations created by de Waal in response to works in the Frick Collection, New York, including Francisco Goyas The Forge (c. 181520), Jean Auguste Dominique Ingress Comtesse dHaussonville (1845), and furniture by Pierre Gouthire. Displayed alongside the museums permanent collection, de Waals works
