It is in near mint condition with vibrant colors but may have a slight crease or bend

Punkin does not have a hat

I only smell a faint sweetness

They're approximately 12" tall not including the tall hat. They're all in very nice condition with a few flaws here and there. I see a few tiny spots, a tiny hole in Granny's face, some light soiling to Punkin's hands and face, loose elastic, and the bottoms of their shoes need to be wiped off. The stands have some nicks on the paint. I don't know if two of the hats
