Artistic Process:  First the design then lots of measuring and cutting of glass into 1 large triangle of dark blue and one small triangle of swirls of blue with a dark blue border

I then added ground glass along the edges and fired to a tack fuse to create the lacy rim

Dimensions:  11" diameter

The various flowers are kilncasted and the "stems" was a special glass stringer melting technique

I immediately went to my studio to test out the idea
