MOND CHARD NAPA Bottle:1 subtle red fruit and balancedCreamy Chardonnay with a touch of Burgundian finesse that has been much appreciated for years. 70% of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels. Excellent with hearty fish dishes, veal and pork. Bright yellow. Intense bouquet of dried apricots and quince jelly, followed by a delicate note of smoke, hyacinths and some bourbon vanilla. Seductive baby pineapple, sandalwood, white pepper and hints of peach and ripe Chardonnay aromas on the palate.
