Twin Towers hypha-gallery-catford a homophone of the tarmac'Twin Towers' is a sculpture made from house paint tin lids, some of which have been used and are covered in residual paint of many colours. The 'plinth' parts of the works are pristine unused paint tin lids. I enjoy the contrast and the connection between the used and the unused, the made and the found, the art and the plinth. The work is stacked and balanced and has both a fragility and a strength in its making.
